"Finally, history has shown that all opposition to entrenched oligarchy arises from the middle classes, who have the surplus of funds needed to challenge the ruling classes. Communism survived for as long as it did because their system designed the middle class out of existence at the very start. The New World Order will have to, indeed already is, following the same model. If the general population only has enough to pay for the next day's rent and food, they will do as they are told." -- Michael Rivero

Another of Biden’s selections appeared before the U.S. Senate on Wednesday. United States District Judge Nancy Maldonado of the Northern District of Illinois couldn’t even remember the definition of an item in one of the most controversial bans she had supported.

Her nomination for a seat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit was challenged by Republican Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana with direct questions. The exchange between the two was mind-numbing in her level of ignorance.

The Biden Regime on Saturday morning continued its attack on the Second Amendment and launched a federal gun-grab operation to keep firearms out the hands of people who “pose a threat to themselves and others.”

Republicans have accused Democrats of wanting the border crisis. They claim the left is trying to use migrants to replace Americans, giving them our jobs, housing, and other resources.

In reality, blue cities have slashed funds for services to Americans, to accommodate border jumpers.

Americans might not be wrong in thinking Biden and his party are putting migrants ahead of them. Now, a judge out of blue Illinois just made a ruling in favor of migrants. She just gave them a right Democrats have been fighting to take from Americans for years.

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham's bid to block lawful concealed carry in public parks in the state's most populous city and county took a major hit on Monday when the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected her request to stay a lower court injunction and allow law enforcement to start issuing civil fines to licensed concealed carry holders caught with a pistol in parks in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.

Last week, a consortium of Democrat lawmakers in the House signed a joint letter suggesting infringements on certain veterans’ Second Amendment Rights because of a “mentally incompetent” diagnosis from Veterans Affairs (VA) rating agencies.  The current regulation regarding VA pensions, 38 CFR 3.353, defines “mentally incompetent” as “A…person is one who because of injury or disease lacks the mental capacity to contract or to manage his or her own affairs, including disbursement of funds without limitation.”

A majority of the Supreme Court appeared Monday to embrace arguments by the National Rifle Association that a New York state official violated the First Amendment by trying to dissuade companies from doing business with it after a deadly school shooting.

The dispute, which began after an assailant opened fire in 2018 at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, was one of two cases Monday that centered on when government advocacy crosses a line to violate the Constitution’s protection of free speech.

An Obama-appointed judge in Rhode Island authored an exceedingly dangerous opinion last week, rejecting arguments that the state’s ban on magazines holding more than 10 rounds was unconstitutional. Instead, Judge William Kayatta, a graduate of Harvard Law School, built the case cleverly, declaring that LCMs (large capacity magazines) weren’t protected under the Second Amendment and, by implication, neither are the firearms they feed.

Republican Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon is about to sign a bill passed last week by both houses that will eliminate the last of any “gun-free zones” existing in the Cowboy State. If he doesn’t sign it within three days, the bill will automatically become law.
