Last week, the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals agreed that mandating covid-19 “vaccines” violates the individual human rights of teachers and other staff of Los Angeles School Unified Districts (“LAUSD”), remanding a lower court’s dismissal of their case against the LA County School District’s vaccine mandate for employees.

This gives some hope that Dr. Joseph Sansome’s case – which if successful, compels Florida’s governor to stop distributing covid injections – will be moved forward in the courts.  After being dismissed the case is now in the Appellate Court. An appeal to which Dr. Francis Boyle has added his affidavit.

“It is my expert opinion that, [the covid injections] meet the criteria of biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction according to Biological Weapons [Convention],” his affidavit states.

Nabil Kuhail, 3 years old, sat on a bed inside the European Hospital in Khan Younis. His grandmother, who took care of him after he lost 24 family members, sat beside him. She attempted to narrate the story of her grandson’s slow death before her eyes, crying more than she spoke. A local reporter recorded her appeal to rescue her grandson, who fell ill due to the new conditions of displacement and pollution in their shelters and tents.

Nabil’s grandmother, Fatima Kuhail, said that at the beginning of the war, the family had been able to protect their only child, managing to meet his needs until the signs of continuous displacement and living in tents started to take their toll on him. A rash, loss of appetite, sleeping for long hours, and lethargy overtook him. The family took the child to a hospital in Rafah before the Israeli invasion of the city. After a long process, the doctors diagnosed him, but could not offer proper medical care.

The Chinese aren’t exactly being subtle about what they are trying to do.  Today, they own more than 300,000 acres of farmland inside the United States, and they have been specifically targeting areas that are located near important military bases.  As you will see below, the Chinese now own farmland very close to 19 different U.S. military bases.  How in the world could our leaders have allowed this to happen?  Foreign adversaries should not be allowed to purchase farmland at all, and yet somehow they have been able to acquire land that is ideal for spying on our military bases over and over again.

In fact, the New York Post has “identified 19 bases across the US from Florida to Hawaii which are in close proximity to land bought up by Chinese entities”…

Claire's Observations:  The bigger question is, why in heaven has this been allowed to happen?!?

Qui bono (who benefits)?!?

As expected, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum was the hottest anti-globalist multipolar traditional RETVRN values conference of 2024 - possibly of all-time.

The unipolar world suffered non-stop humiliations during this mind-blowing freedom event. For example, Moscow Region governor Andrei Vorobyov made an incredible BRICS announcement during a titillating panel discussion about the joys of biometrics, causing the dollar to lose 50% of its value against the gold-backed ruble:

Biometrics is a tool that gives people better quality and more convenience in certain procedures, keeping them neat and tidy. You don’t need any papers or passports—that will all be in the past. Resisting it, in my opinion, is absurd.

Claire's Observations:  Seriously.  folks?!?  What if the biometrics fail, or the system is down?!?  What happens to people on oxygen, whose machines stop functioning, because that person's biometric scans for the machine fail somehow?!?  How are these biometric IDs going to stop computer attacks on medical systems, happening in this country right now, where people wound up being given the wrong medication because of computer tampering?!?  Sorry, but I for one will find a way to live off grid before I put up with this.

Yerevan's decision to recognize Palestinian statehood will cause a negative impact on its relations with Israel, Dmitry Gendelman, an adviser to the office of the Jewish prime minister has said.

"Armenia's recognition of the Palestinian state is a prize for terrorists and murderers from Hamas and other Palestinian groups. This step will have serious long-term consequences for Israel-Armenia relations," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Earlier, the Armenian Foreign Ministry issued a statement saying that Yerevan in a gesture of reaffirming its commitment to international law and the principles of equality, sovereignty and peaceful coexistence of peoples recognized the State of Palestine. In response, the Israeli Foreign Ministry summoned Armenia's ambassador "for a strong reprimand."

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has followed up on his controversial election promise to introduce mandatory national service for UK teenagers with a warning that objectors could face significant restrictions.

The scheme, which would see youngsters volunteer with community groups or join the armed forces, was announced by Sunak last month. He argued that the measure would help revive the “national spirit” and provide “life-changing opportunities for our young people.” National service in the UK, previously introduced during WWI and WWII, was ended in 1960.

Speaking to the BBC on Friday, Sunak was asked about the possible consequences for people who decline to take part in the compulsory activity, which would extend to all 18-year-olds, male and female.

The U.S. energy sector finds itself in a precarious position. Increasing geopolitical volatility and strong energy demand forecasts could spell trouble domestically in the future. The U.S. needs to stop hamstringing American energy companies and invest in the nation’s infrastructure, such as pipelines, processing, and production.

If we have learned anything in the last two and a half years, it’s that the U.S.’ energy industry is not free from geopolitical chaos globally.

Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo was the latest and perhaps highest-profile Democrat to slam Joe Biden's re-election campaign.

Cuomo, who was forced to resign from the governor's office in 2023 over sexual harassment claims, was critical of the president and his fellow Democrats on several issues on HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher Friday.

Maher - who qualified that he feels 81-year-old Biden is too old and should've dropped out - wanted Cuomo's analysis of the campaign he's running now that it appears he's staying in the race.

'I don't think he's running an especially good campaign, frankly,' Cuomo said. 'I think there's a big question that he has to answer which is about his age, viability.'

Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao's home was raided by the FBI over pay-to-play allegations against her boyfriend, a former aide claims - with the worker also revealing a huge upset in the pair's relationship.

The Democrat lawmaker's home on Maiden Lane was searched around 5:30 am PT Thursday.

Renia Webb, who served as Thao's chief of staff for 18 months, says she's been interview by federal agents and believes they may be looking into her boyfriend Andre Jones.

Webb - who says she ran her office and her campaign - accuses Jones of classic pay-to-play corruption, including trying to lobby for jobs for Thao's donors and allies.

Democratic Rep. Pramila Jayapal laughed at recent coverage of an illegal migrant arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl and called it 'fear-mongering' on an appearance with Joy Reid.

Reid argued some Americans believe immigrants commit more crimes because networks report it more. She specifically called out Fox News.

The Congressional Progressive Caucus chairwoman was then shown a chyron from the network about the arrest of Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25, after he was accused of binding, gagging and raping the girl in a park in Queens, New York.

Reid suggested falsely that Fox News hadn't covered Biden's executive order protecting up to 500,000 migrants from deportation.

The podcast features Sacks, entrepreneurs Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, and David Friedberg, who spoke with Trump for about 50 minutes - asking intelligent and clear questions. There were no 'gotchas' like you see with corporate media activists.

America's status as the world's greatest power will end for the same reason as its predecessors - crushed by a mountain of debt that politicians find convenient to ignore, historians have warned.

And the United States' century at the top could be coming to an end quicker than expected with countries in Asia increasingly likely to pull the plug.

Interest payments on the debt overtook spending on defense earlier this month, but it will not be force of arms that brings the country down, according to historian Professor Niall Ferguson.

'Any great power that spends more on debt service than on defense will not stay great for very long,' he said in a piece he penned for Bloomberg, explaining a theory he calls Ferguson's Law.

Authored by Daniel Greenfield via The Gatestone Institute,

Six years after California legalized marijuana, the bodies keep piling up. Earlier this year, six men were murdered in the Mojave Desert. Four of the men had been burned after being shot with rifles. In 2020, seven people were killed at an illegal pot operation in Riverside County.

Violence like this was supposed to disappear after legalization. Legalization advocates argued that making the drug trade legal would end the grip of the cartels. Instead, the legal market has failed, and the cartels are taking over sizable parts of California and the rest of the country.

California's legal drug revenues have fallen consistently, as have those in other legal drug states including Colorado, whose model helped sell the idea that drug money would fix everything.

Despite falling revenues, Colorado legislators brag about $282 million in drug revenue. That number may sound high, but it's a drop in the bucket considering the money that the state and cities like Denver are spending on homelessness, drug overdoses and law enforcement.

While the legal drug business is also collapsing in California, the state is spending a fortune fighting marijuana even as it tries to tax it. Gov. Gavin Newsom paradoxically promised to close the budget deficit with $100 million in drug revenue, meant to be used to fund law enforcement and fight substance abuse. The state seized over $300 million in illegal pot this year and uses satellite imagery and heavily-armed raids to fight untaxed marijuana.

But despite all those efforts, illegal marijuana has won and legal marijuana has lost

If you are looking for hugely controversial – and some say out-of-touch – opinions, look no further than The View. These vocal ladies really believe their bloated thoughts are critically important, perhaps because cameras are pointing at them. But time and again, they run afoul of millions of Americans.

That is doubly true when they talk about politics. Even the “conservative” co-host they roll out from time to time rarely expresses a real conservative view, as Republicans often say.

Recently, the co-hosts were complaining about—you guessed it—Donald Trump. Joy Behar was in rare form, attacking a recent decision by Louisiana to post the Ten Commandments in public schools. She then used that to attack the former president, and in the same breath she managed to insult every Christian who will back the Republican this fall.

From Daily Caller:
“The View” co-host Joy Behar suggested Thursday that people who vote for former President Donald Trump are not true Christians…

When Nancy Pelosi was in charge, she conducted a commission aimed at blaming Donald Trump for the unfortunate events of January 6, 2021. She put together a team of anti-Trump Democrats and a few RINOs (notably, most of those Republicans are now out of a job).

The event was more for show, as Pelosi sought to air hearings on prime-time TV … I guess she still thinks it’s 1998 when people watched primetime TV.

Among the many controversial moves this commission made were criminal referrals for several Trump allies who refused to testify. These private citizens refused subpoenas for what they believed was a witch hunt against a former president, and now two of these men are now facing jail time for not playing ball with Pelosi. But House Republicans are working to right this wrong.

From Daily Wire:
A group of more than two dozen House Republicans unveiled this week a resolution that aims to rescind January 6 Committee subpoenas against several associates of former President Donald Trump.

Tim Sheehy is a former Navy SEAL who graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

He earned a Bronze Star with Valor for his distinguished service and a Purple Heart for his wounds. And after leaving the Navy, he started a successful aerial firefighting business which now employs 200 people.

Fed up with the direction of the country, Sheehy is now running for Senate in the state of Montana and hoping to unseat his opponent— Montana’s incumbent Senator Jon Tester.

Tester has represented Montana in the Senate since 2007, during which time the national debt has increased by more than $25 trillion.

Senator Testor has certainly played his part in helping to expand the debt; he has consistently voted for almost every big-spending, deficit increasing piece of legislation that comes across his desk.

For 17 years he passed massive budget deficits; raised the debt ceiling; handed out trillions of dollars of free money during COVID; and sent endless, unchecked funds to Ukraine.

Then, when his free-spending policies resulted in the worst inflation the country had seen in four decades, Tester then voted for the pitifully named “Inflation Reduction Act”, which has resulted in even higher food, fuel, and housing prices.

But according to Tester, it’s people like Tim Sheehy— the wounded Navy SEAL veteran who started a successful business— who are to blame.

Claire's Observations:  Absoflippinglutely insane!!
